I'm a customer experience professional living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Professionally, I’m a builder who leverages the strength of teams and technology to put customers first. From startup to Fortune 50 retailer to tech, I have worked to build a customer-centric culture and deliver operational efficiencies.I’m passionate about the intersection of customer engagement, operations, and technology. I work across teams and functions to solve for customer problems before and when they happen, minimizing customer effort and improving outcomes.I’ve led global, multi-site service teams from inception through scale. I’ve built teams and frameworks to adapt to competitive pressures. I’m a problem-solver, and I value the contribution of every team member to the customer and organization’s success.Personally, I have a latent love for photography; the art and science of the capture. I also have a visceral connection to piloting a motorcycle or sports car on a sweeping road, with a particular affinity for Ferdinand Porsche’s legacy. And, life isn’t worth living without music so whatever your genre or preference, we can connect over a shared love of music’s transformative power.
